CANCELLATIONS – If cancellation is done at least 30 days before date of arrival, deposits will be refunded.  Cancellations made within 15-30 days of arrival will result in a 50% refund.  Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to stay are non-refundable.  Because of the unpredictability of the weather, we cannot issue refunds for poor trail conditions, bad weather, etc.

 

SMOKING - This is a NON SMOKING cabin.  Guests understand that smoking in the cabin or on the porch is not permitted.  If this rule is violated and smoking has been detected in the cabin, an additional $175 penalty will be assessed and the security deposit will be forfeited.  If you do smoke outside, please put cigarette butts in the trash or firepit, not on the ground in the yard.

PETS - Your pets are allowed in the cabin with prior approval. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse, and - please - pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture will incur extra cleaning fees.

 

AGE - The guest signing this agreement must be at least 25 years of age.

 

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to six (8) persons, unless other arrangements are made.
 

THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED ON THE PROPERTY:  USE OF ILLEGAL DRUGS, USE OF FIREARMS, AND USE OF FIREWORKS OF ANY KIND.  IF YOU ARE FOUND TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THESE RULES, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITH NO MONEY REFUNDED.
