1. Check out time is 11AM.  Our cleaning folks come in right after our guests, so please check out on time.  

2. Please put all dirty sheets and towels by the washing machine.  IMPORTANT:  Unless they are soiled, please leave all linens on the beds that you didn’t use. 😊

3. Return the pool pass to the hook by the first floor front door.  There is a $125 pool pass replacement fee we are charged by Shanty Creek and this charge is passed along to the guest if the card is lost. 

4. Lock all windows/doors behind you. 

5. Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it before you leave.

6. Remove your food items from the fridges, freezer, and pantry.

7. Garbage:  There are two garbage totes provided in the shed at the street.  Please place ONLY BAGGED GARBAGE in these receptacles, and no more than the totes can fit.  If you have more garbage than can fit in the receptacles, please take it with you.  DO NOT LEAVE EXTRA GARBAGE OUTSIDE – it costs us an extra fee to have our cleaning crew remove excess garbage and that charge may be passed along to you.  Garbage pick up day is Tuesday.

8. Make sure fireplace is out completely. (Please do not use the vacuum cleaner to remove ashes.)

9. PLEASE turn the downstairs and upstairs wall thermostats to 50 degrees.   

10. ​This isn't just a rental property for us; our families stay here too.  Please treat it well and leave it as you found it.
