Check out time is 11AM.  Our cleaning folks come in right after our guests, so please check out on time.  Late check outs will be charged a $50.00 fee. 

Please put all dirty sheets and towels by the washing machine.  IMPORTANT:  Unless they are soiled, please leave all linens on the beds that you didn’t use. If you have the time, it’s always appreciated if you could start a load of laundry before you leave. 😊

Return the pool pass to the hook by the front door.  There is a $125 pool pass replacement fee we are charged by Shanty Creek and this charge is passed along to the guest if the card is lost. 

Lock all windows/doors behind you. 

Kindly put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it before you leave.

Remove all perishables from the fridge, freezer, and pantry.

If you used the outdoor grill, please clean it up afterward.  We are charged extra by our cleaning crew if they have to spend a lot of time on it, and holding back a portion of the security deposit may be required.

If you used the sauna please make sure it is left clean and double check that your personal items have been retrieved.

Garbage:  There are two garbage bins provided at the street with the address “2783” on them.  Please place only bagged garbage in these receptacles.  Pick up day is Monday.  If you have more garbage than can fit in the receptacles, please take it with you.  PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE EXTRA GARBAGE OUTSIDE – it costs us an extra fee to have our cleaning crew remove excess garbage and that charge may be passed along to you.  Please only use the bins provided.

Log out of your Netflix, etc accounts, if applicable.

Make sure firepit is out completely. 

Please make sure the fireplace is off.

Please push in all deck chairs, and make sure the umbrella is down.  It can get very breezy up here!

PLEASE turn the thermostat to 60 degrees.
