Check out time is 11AM.  Our cleaning folks come in right after our guests, so please check out on time.  Late check outs will be charged a $50.00 fee. 

Please put all dirty sheets and towels by the washing machine.  IMPORTANT:  Unless they are soiled, please leave all linens on the beds that you didn’t use. If you have the time, it’s always appreciated if you could start a load of laundry before you leave. 😊

Lock all windows/doors behind you. 

Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it when you leave.

Remove all perishables from the fridge and freezer.

Make sure the pool pass is returned to the hook by the front door. There is a $125 pool pass replacement fee we are charged by Shanty Creek and this charge is passed along to the guest if the card is lost. 

Please take your garbage with you.  There is a dumpster on the left hand side of Kliffendorf St about halfway up, where you enter the Sudendorf complex.  Garbage must be in bags.  

If you used the outdoor grill, please clean it well.  We are charged extra by our cleaning crew if they have to spend a lot of time on it, and holding back a portion of the security deposit may be required.

Turn off all lights and small appliances. 

Log out of your Netflix, etc accounts, if applicable.

Make sure fireplace is out completely. (Do not use the vacuum cleaner to remove ashes.)

Lock up when you leave.
