Rates and Rental Policy

1. Rates based on maximum of 6 persons.
2. Weekly rates based on 6 nights, weekend rates based on 2 nights.
3. Check in time is after 3:00 pm on arrival day (unless prior arrangements are made).  Check out time is noon on day of departure.
4. Please note rates are subject to change without notification.
5. Within one week of making a reservation you will be sent a letter of confirmation. Please read it, understand it, sign it and return it with the required $275 (weekly) or $175 (weekend) security/reservation deposit.
6. Deposits will be refunded after property is cleaned and inspected for damage. 
7. 50% of payment is due 30 days before arrival.  The final 50% is due 10 days before arrival.
8. If cancellation is done at least 30 days before date of arrival, deposits will be refunded.  Cancellations made within 10-30 days of arrival will result in a 50% refund.  Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to stay are non-refundable. 
9. Pets are part of your family and they are allowed at our cabin.  We ask that you clean up after them and leave the cabin in the same clean condition you found it in.
10. Smoking is NOT permitted in the cabin or porch.  If you decide to smoke outside, please be VERY careful due to the high fire danger during the summer months.
11. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent the cabin.
